Special diets at daycare centres and schools

If your child needs to observe a special diet, you can provide a medical certificate to the daycare centre director or to school or educational institute staff. This way, the information will be passed to our food services via special diet form.

At the day care, the form is filled in together with the manager. In schools, the form can be completed via Wilma or returned as a paper version to the school staff.

A medical certificate is not required for a vegetarian diet, vegan diet, religiously-based diet, low-lactose diet, or in the case of mild food allergies where the ingredient to be avoided can be removed during the meal. Please note that for the above-mentioned diets, are required to submit the special diet form.

The need for a special diet should be reviewed regularly, and any changes should be communicated to the daycare centre or school. If there are no dietary changes, you need not submit a new special diet form. We will continue to follow the information on your previous form.
